Refund policy

At Anvero Italia, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Store Credit Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once your returned item is received and approved after inspection, the purchase value will be issued as Store Credit.

  • Store Credit can be used on any future purchase at Anvero Italia.

  • Store Credit will be issued via a unique code or customer account credit.

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if any, are non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the desired size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued for the product value.

  • Exchanges are subject to successful quality inspection of the returned item.

Return Inspection & Rejection Policy

All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

If, during inspection, we find that:

  • The product has been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or mishandled.

  • The product contains stains, scratches, marks, creases, odors, or any signs of usage.

  • The product is returned without its original tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • The product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

The return request will be rejected, and no Store Credit, exchange, or replacement will be issued.

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer. The customer will be required to pay the applicable re-shipping charges before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

Anvero Italia reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the condition and eligibility of all returned products after inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or Store Credit:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling.

  • Returns that fail the warehouse quality inspection process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return and Store Credit policy after delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.

  • Original shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.
